Information you send

The website inquiry form saves the contact method, selected model and requirements you provide, optional name, company/institution, institution type, quantity and destination, language, consent version and submission time. A successful save displays a reference number. Please do not submit patient information. WhatsApp and email remain separate optional contact channels.

How we use it

We use inquiries to discuss product sourcing or custom development, respond to your questions and handle after-sales issues. Sending an inquiry does not place an order.

Access and retention

The company account owner reviews website, WhatsApp and email inquiries. We keep our copies of closed inquiries that did not become orders for up to one month after closure, then delete them manually. Order and after-sales records are kept separately while needed to fulfil the order, handle the warranty or meet applicable recordkeeping obligations, and are reviewed when no longer needed. These periods do not describe copies held independently by WhatsApp, email providers, your own device or other recipients.

WhatsApp and website hosting

Website inquiries are stored in Cloudflare D1 (catbrooo-inquiries). Only authorized company account users can view them through the Cloudflare console or an authorized local export; there is no public inquiry dashboard. We do not send automatic inquiry email notifications. Hosting processes technical request data; short-lived hashed network identifiers help limit abuse. WhatsApp/Meta and email providers process messages sent through their services under their own terms.

Questions and deletion requests

Contact us at dola@catbrooo.com or through the WhatsApp link on this website. The account owner reviews deletion requests and manually deletes the company's copy where it is no longer needed for an active order, warranty matter or applicable recordkeeping obligation. Deleting our copy cannot delete copies controlled by WhatsApp, email providers or other recipients.

Analytics

If you allow measurement, this website uses Google Analytics 4 to measure page use and product-page views, and Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads to measure clicks on WhatsApp or email links. We do not send your message content, email address or phone number to these tools. Measurement remains disabled until you choose Allow measurement. You can change your choice through Measurement choices in the footer. Google may process device, browser, approximate location and interaction data under its own privacy terms. We disable ad personalization signals. A contact-link click is not a confirmed inquiry, customer or sale.

With measurement permission, we count page use, product views, contact-link clicks and successfully saved non-test forms. Contact details and requirement text are not sent to analytics tools. A saved form is not automatically a qualified procurement inquiry or sale. With your separate measurement permission, we also save a limited first and latest source record with your inquiry for up to 24 hours of navigation: a public page path, language, allowed source/campaign labels, known referring host and time. We do not save arbitrary URL queries or click IDs in this record. Your optional answer about how you found us is recorded separately as self-reported. The browser source context expires after 24 hours; a submitted source record follows the inquiry retention period above. You can submit without allowing measurement.
