Inquiries and quotes

An inquiry does not place an order. Prices and final product details are confirmed in a quotation in US dollars after we review your requirements. The minimum order quantity for standard models is 1 unit.

Standard models: from 1 unit. For 10 or more units of the same model and configuration, discuss exterior, logo and graphic customization. Reference prices are not final single-unit quotes; custom prices and lead times are confirmed separately.

Shipping

International express shipping is USD 30 per unit. Other international freight is quoted after you provide the destination address and quantity and we confirm the charge with the freight provider. Orders are dispatched within 3–5 days after payment is received.

Warranty and after-sales support

A one-year warranty covers quality-related issues. Damage caused by human actions or misuse is excluded. For an after-sales issue, contact us through the WhatsApp link on this website or by email at dola@catbrooo.com. Describe the issue and attach photos so we can review it and respond.
